I am always willing to go to the extra lengths in getting you current information in all of the areas I service regarding relocation, retirement, schools, economic development–wherever I can assist.

Experience & Background
I am a multi-cultural person with a very diverse background. I was born in the Philippines and spent my childhood in the big city of Manila. I still speak Tagalog and some Spanish. My father is a veteran of WWII, and after spending many wonderful years in the Islands, we moved to Denver, CO. I entered the real estate business while still a senior in high school.

I moved to California where I continued my real estate career, eventually becoming the managing partner of a medium-sized investment property management company. Our firm specialized in sales & marketing and the full-service management of newly constructed investment homes and duplexes. In 1989 I moved to North Idaho to raise my daughter, now in College.

I still love all the reasons we moved to North Idaho. The Wildlife is abundant with Elk, Moose, Deer, Caribou, Bears, Sturgeon, Birds and Ducks and Eagles and Geese—lots of games. The weather is temperate all year, for the most part. I like great weather. And the “small town” qualities that give the impression that we can live in the best part of America with a rural, small-town “lifestyle” and also have the best part of living in the 21st century “American Dream”.

We looked for several years, ourselves, before finding our American Dream. We found it in North Idaho…bought some acreage with seasonal creek, a pond, next to USFS, Built a Log Home, got great neighbors, live close to the City of Sandpoint yet still in the country. It sometimes takes a while to find what you are looking for. And I know It’s there for you too.

After several years looking for just that right property all over Montana and Idaho, and doing a lot of research on log and timber frame homes, my husband and I designed and contracted the building of our own custom, hand-hewn log home. I now share the knowledge I gained (the good deals as well as the pitfalls)with my current clients and customers. My goal is to helps you achieve your own real estate dreams of living in that very special home on acreage…or on the lakes or rivers which are plentiful in this area…or in the green and timbered mountains.
